Los Angeles, April 6 (NationPress) The talented singer-actress Olivia Rodrigo is looking back on what she considers her most cherished week. On Sunday, she took to her Instagram to share a newspaper clipping announcing her sold-out performance in Mexico City.

In her caption, she expressed, “Mexico City! My debut stadium show and my first hot air balloon experience. One of my favourite weeks ever. Muchas gracias (thank you so much).”

Back in October last year, Olivia had shared her aspirations to return to acting someday. The Grammy-winning artist began her career in 2016 on the Disney Channel series 'Bizaardvark'.

Her most recent role was portraying Nini Salazar-Roberts in the series 'High School Musical: The Musical: The Series' from 2019 to 2022. After producing a concert film for Netflix, the actress-singer expressed her desire to land a major film role in the future, according to reports from ‘Female First UK’.

While speaking with E! News at the premiere of her 'Olivia Rodrigo: Guts World Tour' film in Los Angeles, she mentioned, “I would love that. I enjoy storytelling, especially through songs, but I’m also eager to explore film. Who knows? We’ll see how things unfold.”

This isn't the first time Olivia has hinted at a possible return to acting; she previously mentioned her interest in starring in a coming-of-age film.

In an earlier interview with ‘Variety’, she stated, “I think that would be really fun. I love movies and storytelling. I really want to do a coming-of-age project, perhaps before I actually reach adulthood.”

Olivia has experienced a rapid rise to fame over the past few years, but she credits her friends and family for keeping her “grounded.”

She believes her parents have played a crucial role in helping her navigate the complexities of fame and success, saying: “My parents handle all this excitement in an amazing way. They always say, ‘We are incredibly proud of you and your achievements, but we would feel the same way if you were just in school back in your hometown.’ They’re the best, and that perspective is incredibly important.”
