Mumbai, April 9 (NationPress) Actor Randeep Hooda is thrilled to revisit the action genre after a five-year hiatus since the release of the Chris Hemsworth blockbuster “Extraction”. He expressed his long-standing affection for action films, stating, "There is something raw, visceral, and thrilling about it."
“Extraction”, directed by Sam Hargrave and produced by the Russo Brothers, made its debut on Netflix in 2020. Now, with Jaat, Hooda is ready to embrace the role of an action hero, stepping into the shoes of Ranatunga.
Reflecting on his return to action, Randeep Hooda shared, "I have always loved action as a genre. There is something raw, visceral, and thrilling about it. After portraying intense roles in biopics and taking on law enforcement characters, unleashing my dark side as the formidable Ranatunga in Jaat has been exhilarating."
