Insiders from the film's production team reveal that Rishabh Sawhney, acclaimed for his impactful role in Bollywood’s 'Fighter', has delivered an exceptional performance in 'Nagabandham', where he embodies the notorious Afghan Sultan Abdali.
Set against the backdrop of 1750, the movie narrates Abdali's invasion of India, highlighting his infamous acts of looting temples and his relentless quest for immense wealth.
The initial poster is a visually stunning representation of a stormy, snow-covered battlefield. Rishabh is depicted in mid-charge, wielding a massive, blood-stained battle axe with fierce determination.
Behind him looms a vast army, with green war flags billowing through the icy gales, joined by archers, warriors, and colossal war elephants, creating an electrifying war landscape. A pack of wolves with glowing eyes encircles him, heightening the sense of danger, strength, and looming peril.
In 'Nagabandham', Abdali is portrayed as an individual fueled by ambition and brutality, ready to sacrifice countless lives, including Brahmins and children, in his pursuit of the legendary Naga Bandham hidden within the Himalayas.
