Mumbai, Feb 7 (NationPress) Saba Pataudi, the sister of Saif Ali Khan, conducted a Qu'ran khwani and sadqa for her brother, sister-in-law Kareena, and their children Taimur and Jeh.

Saba shared moments from the Qu'ran khwani and sadqa on her Instagram stories.

Faith..is of utmost importance to me. I did a Qu'ran khwani and sadqa for my brother and the family, boys Taimur and Jeh, and my sister-in-law. Protection always!” she wrote as a caption.

On January 16, Saif was attacked by an intruder who entered his Bandra residence through his youngest son Jeh's room during the early morning hours. The actor reportedly went to the hospital by himself, accompanied by his son Taimur.

According to media reports, doctors extracted a 2.5-inch knife from his injury. The actor endured multiple stab wounds while attempting to fend off the assailant.

Saif sustained six stab wounds, with two being serious as they were near his spine. The attack occurred when the intruder allegedly broke into their Bandra home, attacking their house help before assaulting Saif when he intervened.

Woken by the noise from Jeh's room, Saif entered to find the suspect in a confrontation with their house help. Seeing this, Saif intervened to protect the house help with his bare hands against the intruder.

On February 3, Saif made his first public appearance after returning home following the knife attack.

He attended a Netflix event at a luxury hotel in the Juhu area of Mumbai. The actor appeared relaxed, dressed in a denim shirt and pants, sporting a moustache.

Saif was present for the trailer launch of his upcoming streaming project ‘Jewel Thief - The Heist Begins’, where he stars alongside Jaideep Ahlawat. Saif plays the lead role in the series.
