Mumbai, March 25 (NationPress) Director Sanoj Mishra has addressed the serious allegations made by Monalisa Bhosle, widely recognized as the 'Kumbh Mela girl'.

Monalisa has accused the director of inappropriate conduct with underage girls, claiming he used the pretext of offering film roles to exploit them. She condemned his alleged repulsive actions.

In a video posted on Instagram, Sanoj Mishra expressed, “Greetings to the nation. As many of you are aware, following the emergence of the Monalisa 'love jihad' issue, I initiated a nationwide campaign to support the family of the victim.”

He further elaborated, “This effort received tremendous appreciation from the public. However, the dynamics appear to be shifting. I believe that alongside extremists, Christian missionaries from Kerala have joined forces to plot against me in a coordinated effort. It’s evident that Monalisa is being influenced to speak negatively about me on social media, where unfounded accusations are being circulated.”

He reflected on the manipulation tactics used by certain individuals, stating, “This is the same girl whom I once mentored. My children would often express their discontent, asking why I focused on Monalisa instead of them. The bond we shared was profound, and now, it's alarming how far this has escalated. I empathize with the father of Monalisa who believes that his daughter's life is at risk because of me. The allegations and the ensuing events are not trivial matters. I am always equipped to confront any challenge and will never yield to extremists or traitors.”

He continued, “Today, I assure you all that the manner in which these conspirators have acted against me during a press conference is being observed by the entire nation and beyond. Why is this significant? Because, in previous videos, Monalisa only spoke positively about me. In Kerala, where influential politicians openly endorse such marriages and promote narratives like 'The Real Kerala Story', this serves to tarnish the reputation of Sanatan. Jai Hindurashtra.”

He also called on the authorities to acknowledge the threats posed to him and his family, stating, “This might be my final video.”

Before these allegations, Sanoj Mishra had commented on the topic of 'Love Jihad', suggesting that Monalisa could be a victim of it. Following his remarks, Monalisa conducted a press conference in Kochi, Kerala. Accompanied by her husband, Farman, she accused the director of inappropriate behavior with underage girls.

Monalisa claimed that the director disparaged her, stating he would not cast her in his films. She proclaimed, “Who would want to be part of his projects? He is a terrible and repulsive individual who exploits minors in the guise of filmmaking.”
