Los Angeles, May 19 (NationPress) Hollywood actress Selma Blair has expressed her affection for the 2001 film “Legally Blonde” and shared her excitement about the forthcoming prequel series titled Elle.

The series “Elle” will feature Lexi Minetree as a younger version of Elle Woods, originally portrayed by Reese Witherspoon in the classic film.

"I can hardly believe how much time has passed that we now look back and say, 'Oh, 25 years ago.' It was Legally Blonde, Cruel Intentions, among others," Blair, who played Vivian Kensington, remarked during the PHM Healthfront 2025 event, as reported by people.com.

"All of these films hold such joyful memories, and they are moments we can all cherish. It is a true gift in my life to have been involved in these projects, as they brought immense happiness to many of us," she elaborated.

"I will definitely be watching. I adore everything about it," Blair added, referring to the anticipated return to the Legally Blonde universe.
