Sonu Nigam Supports Aditya Shankar's Musical Launch ‘Shikayat Hai’

Mumbai, Dec 3 (NationPress) Sonu Nigam has introduced the eagerly awaited debut single ‘Shikayat Hai’ by singer and composer Aditya Shankar.
Crafted by lyricist Manoj Muntashir, this track showcases vibrant performances from Zaid Darbar and Mishhti, featuring several renowned personalities from the music and entertainment realm. Directed by Raajeev Waliya and produced by Shadab Khan, this song unfolds like a sincere love letter, making it an ideal delight for hopeless romantics and music lovers alike.
Reflecting on his debut track, Aditya expressed, “Every artist aspires to achieve greatness, but only a handful are lucky enough to witness their dreams materialize. For those unfamiliar, Aditya Shankar is the grandson of the legendary Sufi maestro Shankarji from the esteemed Shankar-Shambhu duo and the son of famous singer-composer Ram Shankar.
Aditya has also served as the audio production head for popular television reality shows including “The Kapil Sharma Show,” “Indian Idol,” “Superstar Singer,” “India’s Got Talent,” and “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.”
His notable works encompass the short film “Hichki” by Maniesh Paul, “Doctor’s Mahan” (a tribute to healthcare heroes during the COVID-19 pandemic), “Yaad Piya Ki Aaye,” sung by Salman Ali and Sneha Shankar, as well as music for Sony TV’s “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain.”
