Mumbai, April 26 (NationPress) Renowned filmmaker Subhash Ghai, celebrated for classics like ‘Karz’, ‘Hero’, ‘Taal’, ‘Ram Lakhan’, and others, is reminiscing about the past.
On Saturday, he took to Instagram to share a nostalgic photo featuring himself alongside the legendary singer Asha Bhosle and Samantha Fox.
In the caption, he recounted the experience, stating, “A truly moving moment for me while I was with Asha Bhosle ji as chief guests at a magnificent show of Samantha Fox. She unexpectedly expressed her desire on stage to work in India as an actor and singer in a Subhash Ghai film amidst the cheering audience in Delhi in 1984; I felt shy over her compliment and truly blessed (sic).”
Previously, the filmmaker had shared a picture of actress Neetu Kapoor receiving an award on behalf of her late husband Rishi Kapoor, as the film ‘Karz’ is set to celebrate 45 years.
He also posted a picture from the ongoing Red Lorry Film Festival in Mumbai, showcasing Neetu holding the trophy.
