Mumbai, Sep 7 (NationPress) Actor Teja Sajja, who is preparing for the debut of his upcoming film ‘Mirai’, has disclosed the various locations where the film was filmed.
‘Mirai’ is a fantasy action-adventure movie featuring the actor in the role of Super Yodha, who is tasked with safeguarding ancient scriptures. During promotional events at a luxurious hotel in Mumbai, the actor shared insights with IANS.
He mentioned to IANS, “We have filmed across many stunning locations including the Himalayas, Nepal, Bangkok, and Mumbai. Honestly, I can hardly remember all the places; we have traveled extensively.”
When queried about the challenges of filming in mountainous terrains, he responded, “It was incredibly tough. Not only in the mountains, but every location we used was authentic. We often trekked for hours without any roads, walking kilometers to capture that perfect shot that would enhance the film's visual appeal. It was quite challenging.”
He also discussed the involvement of Bollywood mogul Karan Johar as a presenter for the film in the northern Indian region. He stated, “Karan sir appreciated the teaser and wanted to initially handle the distribution. However, after viewing the film, he decided to present it. I am extremely grateful to Karan sir for recognizing our efforts and the challenges we faced. He was impressed and wanted to give us a larger platform to showcase our film and talent.”
Produced by People Media Factory, ‘Mirai’ is set for a global release on September 12, 2025.
