Mumbai, Jan 16 (NationPress) Actress Urmila Matondkar shared that she feels immensely proud to have been part of the film Satya, emphasizing that a cinematic masterpiece of this nature appears just once in a lifetime.
Urmila took to Instagram, posting a reel that features her alongside the vibrant track “Goli Maar” by singer Mano in the background.
“Once in a lifetime a movie like ‘Satya’ comes along.. Humbled and proud to be a part of it… Don’t forget to catch it in its Re-release at @pvrcinemas_official from 17th January,” she captioned the post.
Released in 1998, Satya is a crime drama directed by Ram Gopal Varma. It features a stellar cast including J. D. Chakravarthy, Urmila Matondkar, and Manoj Bajpayee, along with Saurabh Shukla, Aditya Shrivastava, and Paresh Rawal. This film marks the beginning of Varma's Gangster trilogy that delves into organized crime in India.
