The production team further clarified, "Any action involving the downloading, viewing, storing, forwarding, sharing, uploading, or distribution of leaked content via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, torrents, or any other medium is a criminal offence and violates copyright laws."
They pointed out that all digital activities are traceable, and the production house has already initiated necessary investigations, including forensic analysis, to identify all parties involved in the leak.
"We will pursue strict civil and criminal actions against every offender without exception. We strongly advise the public to refrain from engaging with any leaked content. If you receive such material, do not open, store, or forward it—delete it immediately," the production house urged.
For those unaware, a five-minute clip purportedly from 'Jana Nayagan' has been leaked and is circulating on social media, causing considerable distress among its creators.
