She urged fans to patiently await the film's theatrical release and experience it on the big screen.

Pooja shared her thoughts through a heartfelt statement on her social media channels, saying, "Dear audience, a film represents countless hours of dedication, creative risks, and personal sacrifices made by a devoted team aiming to deliver the best possible experience. Witnessing our film's illegal leak online is disheartening—not just for me, but for every individual involved in its making."

She continued, "Experiencing this leak and its illegal distribution is challenging—not merely due to the numbers involved but because it undermines the respect that every artist and technician involved in the film rightfully deserves. Don’t we all wish to come together to celebrate and watch Vijay sir's final film on the big screen in the way it deserves?"

In her concluding remarks, she emphasized, "Let’s choose to watch it the right way. Let’s be patient. The film will be available soon. Let's not support piracy, as it jeopardizes the survival of cinema and art. Love, Art. Artists. Technicians."

In a related statement, the film's producers urged the public to refrain from engaging with any leaked content, warning that individuals caught involved would face immediate legal repercussions.

KVN Productions, the production house behind the film, announced on its social media platforms, "We, KVN Productions LLP, are the Producers and exclusive copyright holders of the film 'Jana Nayagan.' We have noted that unauthorized individuals have illegally accessed, copied, and circulated certain scenes and clips from the film, posing a significant threat of digital piracy."

They added, "We hereby inform the public that downloading, viewing, storing, forwarding, sharing, uploading, or distributing such leaked content through any platform, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, websites, torrents, or any other means, constitutes a criminal offense and infringes copyright laws."

The production company highlighted that every digital action is traceable and that they have begun the necessary investigations, including forensic analysis, to identify those involved in the leak and its distribution.

"We will pursue strict civil and criminal actions against every offender without exception. The public is strongly advised against engaging with such leaked content. Anyone found involved will face immediate legal consequences. If you receive any such content, please do not open, store, or share it. Delete it at once," the production house cautioned.
