In a heartfelt post on his X profile, Vijay Deverakonda stated, "The #JanaNayagan leak infuriates me. I have felt the anguish and despair when faced with such breaches early in my career. It feels like a target has been placed on your back, and hope diminishes. This issue affects not just me but also co-stars, directors, producers, and many others who stake their dreams on this project."

He further emphasized, "This matter must be addressed urgently, and those responsible must be brought to justice. If not, it highlights a larger systemic failure. It serves as a reminder of the insensitivity some individuals exhibit and the lengths to which they will go to inflict harm without remorse. I extend my thoughts and unconditional support to everyone involved in the film."

Vijay Deverakonda joins a growing chorus of celebrities decrying the unauthorized release of footage from 'Jana Nayagan'.

Earlier on Saturday, renowned director A R Murugadoss remarked, "When a film is leaked, it transcends mere entertainment—it encompasses dreams, hard work, and livelihoods. Let’s support films the right way—by watching them in theaters and on official platforms only."

Industry icons such as Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Suriya, and Chiranjeevi, alongside professionals from various film sectors, have also condemned the leaking of H Vinoth's highly anticipated action film featuring Vijay and Pooja Hegde.

Rajinikanth expressed his shock and sadness upon learning about the leak, urging film organizations to speak out against this crime and calling on the government to identify and severely punish those responsible. He insisted that such violations should not happen again.

Kamal Haasan, in his X post, stated, "The leak of #JanaNayagan is not a mere accident; it stems from a systemic failure. Timely processes could have prevented this. Delays in certification have created an environment conducive to piracy. When legitimate access is hindered, illegitimate channels thrive."

He further stated, "Piracy transcends politics; it is an assault on art and the artist. It jeopardizes the work of countless artists and technicians, as well as the investments of honest producers, exhibitors, and theater owners who support the cinema we cherish."

Questioning, "Who safeguards the creator when the system falters?", Kamal Haasan concluded, "We require accountability, prompt certification, strict law enforcement, and real-time takedowns.
