Chennai, Mar 27 (NationPress) The long-awaited theatrical releases of Veera Dheera Sooran, an explosive action entertainer directed by S U Arun Kumar and starring ‘Chiyaan’ Vikram in the lead role, commenced on Thursday evening, bringing joy to fans and film enthusiasts. This comes after Riya Shibu, the film's producer, expressed her apologies to the audience for the minor delay in the film's release.
On Thursday, fans and general moviegoers faced disappointment as the morning and afternoon screenings were cancelled due to a court injunction that prevented the film's release.
This injunction was issued following a petition from the production company B4U, which raised certain concerns with HR Pictures, the production house behind the film.
By Thursday evening, however, HR Pictures had successfully resolved the issue and announced that the film's theatrical screenings had officially begun worldwide.

Riya Shibu also took to her X timeline to apologize for the delay in the film's release.
She wrote, “Here’s our official announcement!! Our heartfelt apologies for the delay, we appreciate your patience and thank those who have supported us. Screenings are now open. Enjoy the show everyone!!”
Previously, the film's team had shared a visual teaser and glimpse of the movie.
So far, it has been revealed that Vikram portrays a humble grocery store owner, while S J Suryah takes on the role of a senior police officer, setting high expectations for the film.
Interestingly, Veera Dheera Sooran, featuring a stellar ensemble cast including Chiyaan Vikram, S.J. Suryah, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Dushara Vijayan, will see its second part released first.
