Chennai, Nov 12 (NationPress) - On Wednesday, acclaimed National Award winner and music director G V Prakash revealed that the renowned Yuvan Shankar Raja, another giant in Tamil cinema, has contributed his vocals for a track in his score for the highly anticipated period film 'Parasakthi', featuring actor Sivakarthikeyan.
Notably, 'Parasakthi' marks G V Prakash's milestone as his 100th film as a music director.
He shared the exciting announcement on his X timeline, stating, "The legendary @thisisysr bro sings for #Parasakthi … here we gooooo. #GV100 becomes more special."
The film, helmed by director Sudha Kongara, has generated immense buzz. Recently, it was disclosed that actor Ravi Mohan, who portrays the antagonist, commenced dubbing for his role.
Previously, on October 21, the makers confirmed the completion of filming.
In August, they also announced the wrap of the Pollachi shooting schedule.
Sources indicate that significant scenes were captured during this schedule, which kicked off on July 18, although Sivakarthikeyan joined the team a little later.
