New Delhi, July 17 (NationPress) Actor Zain Durrani, whose recent film is “Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan,” acknowledges that while those within the industry may have an advantage, the weight of their expectations serves to level the playing field.
When asked about his genuine experiences as an outsider in this industry, Zain shared with IANS: “I’ve focused on my objectives rather than the challenges. I recognize that some have an advantage in this race we are partaking in. However, they also carry a significant burden of expectations.
“I believe that this balances the difficulties. Ultimately, the expectations and pressures are also tied to those who have succeeded thus far. That’s how I perceive it,” he elaborated.
Reflecting on early challenges and pivotal moments in his career, he stated: “Learning patience and how to endure is crucial for an actor. The profession can be demanding, but it often pays off in the long run,” said the actor, known for roles in projects like Mukhbir - The Story of a Spy, Bell Bottom, and Kuchh Bheege Alfaaz.
Regarding 'Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan', the film features Shanaya Kapoor alongside Vikrant Massey.
This romantic comedy is inspired by Ruskin Bond’s cherished short story, “The Eyes Have It.” Supported by Zee Studios and Mini Films, it is produced by Mansi Bagla and Varun Bagla. Set to debut on July 11, this film marks Mini Films’ second collaboration with Vikrant Massey.
The narrative centers on Jahaan, a visually impaired musician, and Saba, a visually impaired actress, who forge a connection during a train journey. They soon navigate the complexities of love through their shared experiences. Zain portrays the character of Abhinav in this film.
