Patna, May 17 (NationPress) In a remarkable development for healthcare in Bihar, the state's Health Minister Mangal Pandey inaugurated a 100-bed fully air-conditioned ward at the Nalanda Medical College Hospital (NMCH) in Patna on Saturday.
