Tokyo, Oct 7 (NationPress) A delegation led by Nayab Singh Saini, the Chief Minister of Haryana, engaged in a series of productive meetings with high-ranking officials from prominent Japanese firms, including Aisin, Air Water, TASI, Nambu, Denso, Sojitz, Nissin Foods, Kawakin Holdings, Toppan, TDK Corporation, and Seiren Corporation this Tuesday in Tokyo.
These initiatives are anticipated to significantly enhance the manufacturing landscape in Haryana, leading to substantial job creation.
In a statement, the Indian Embassy in Tokyo noted, "Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini held one-on-one discussions with top Japanese corporations, including Aisin, Air Water, TASI, Nambu, Denso, Sojitz, Nissin Foods, Kawakin Holdings, Toppan, TDK Corporation, and Seiren Corporation. The talks focused on greenfield investments across various sectors, including automotive, electronics, precision components, industrial parts, metalworking, and processed food, among others,"

On Monday, Saini participated in the 'India-Japan Partnership: Shimane Haryana' event at the Indian Embassy, accompanied by Tatsuya Maruyama, Governor of Shimane Prefecture, Hajime Ikeda, Speaker of Shimane Prefecture Assembly, and R. Madhu Sudan, Charge d'Affaires at the Indian Embassy in Tokyo, aiming to strengthen the ties between Shimane and Haryana.
During the delegation's journey, they traveled from Tokyo to Osaka via the Shinkansen, the famous Bullet Train known for its exceptional infrastructure and operational efficiency. Under the 'Viksit Bharat' initiative, a similar high-speed rail corridor is being developed between Mumbai and Ahmedabad under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
The Chief Minister also engaged with the Indian community and took part in the International Geeta Mahotsav, organized by the Indian Embassy in Japan.
