Moscow, March 14 (NationPress) Russian President Vladimir Putin conveyed his appreciation to numerous global leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump, for their sustained focus on the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
During a press conference on Thursday, Putin recognized the contributions of these leaders and others for their dedication to pursuing peace in the war-affected region, despite facing numerous global challenges.
"I would like to begin by extending my heartfelt thanks to President Trump of the US for his attention to the situation in Ukraine. Many state leaders, including President Xi Jinping of China, Prime Minister Modi of India, and the Presidents of Brazil and South Africa, have devoted significant time to this matter. We value their efforts, as it all aims to halt the conflict and avert further loss of life," Putin stated.
