Charges and Recovery
During interrogation, the three accused reportedly confessed to their involvement. Based on their disclosures, police recovered ₹4,500 in cash and one silver payal belonging to the complainant. All three women have been bound down under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), while Sections 317(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita have also been invoked in the case.
