Mahakumbh Nagar, Jan 19 (NationPress) The Adani Group along with ISKCON aims to distribute Mahaprasad to one lakh devotees every day throughout the ongoing Maha Kumbh in the sacred city of Prayagraj. Additionally, the Adani Group is providing the Aarti Sangrah from Gita Press to the attendees.

Devotees attending the Mahakumbh have expressed their appreciation for the Adani Group’s efforts.

Mamta Pandey, a devotee from Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand, shared with IANS: "The Aarti Sangrah provided by the Adani Group is commendable. This initiative is beneficial for Hindus visiting, as it can be utilized in bhajan kirtan sessions both in the morning and evening."

"The Adani Group is undertaking remarkable efforts. We are thrilled to receive the Aarti Sangrah, and it is wonderful to learn about Adani's involvement. Their initiative to provide food to the underprivileged while engaging in religious activities is truly commendable," she added.

Kusum Singh, a devotee from Sonbhadra, remarked, "The Aarti Sangrah is being distributed at the Mahakumbh by the Adani Group. Moreover, there is a system of bhandara. They (Adani) are performing admirably, contributing positively to Sanatan Dharma. I want to express my gratitude to them."

Furthermore, the Adani Group is distributing magazines and books that focus on Sanatan culture, and they have established camps in the Mahakumbh Mela area.

In collaboration with ISKCON, the Adani Group is offering free meals to attendees of the Mahakumbh. This initiative has also bolstered the local economy, as large quantities of vegetables and other supplies are purchased daily, prioritizing women vendors.

The concept of green food and clean food is being embraced at the Mahakumbh, with completely organic ingredients utilized for cooking and serving. Every day, three lakh leaf plates, which are environmentally friendly, are used. Additionally, green fuel is employed for cooking.
