Kolkata, March 27 (NationPress) The West Bengal Leader of the Opposition (LoP), Suvendu Adhikari, asserted on Thursday that the governing Trinamool Congress will encounter Newton’s Third Law of Motion—which states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction—due to the alleged violence perpetrated throughout the state.

“Everyone is aware of Newton’s Third Law, which indicates that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The Trinamool must face repercussions for the hooliganism and violence inflicted across the state over the years, and the BJP will guarantee that,” the LoP proclaimed during a protest rally outside the Police Superintendent’s Office in the Baruipur-Paschim Assembly constituency, represented by the Speaker of the House, Biman Bandopadhyay.

He remarked that since the conclusion of the 2021 West Bengal Assembly election, BJP activists and leaders have been murdered, emphasizing the lack of justice for the ongoing bloodshed.

“The murderers are still at large,” he alleged.

He warned that if the Trinamool Congress believes it will maintain power in West Bengal indefinitely, they are mistaken.

“At one point, it was believed that the CPI(M) could never be ousted from power. In Uttar Pradesh, it was thought that the Samajwadi Party would always hold sway. Likewise, many thought that Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family would eternally rule Bihar. They have all become relics of the past,” he noted.

He claimed that similarly, the reign of the Trinamool Congress in West Bengal will soon come to an end.

Initially, Adhikari was denied police permission for the protest rally in the Baruipur-Paschim Assembly constituency, but he later sought permission from the Calcutta High Court, which was granted.
