Maharashtra Governor Acharya Devvrat referred to Ayurveda as a timeless and scientific tradition established by India's ancient sages, who he characterized as the original researchers. He asserted that the human body, composed of the five elements, achieves the best healing when aligned with nature, and that preventive healthcare surpasses curative methods.
He pointed out that India's traditional systems are deeply grounded in centuries of scientific and experiential knowledge. Devvrat encouraged practitioners to maintain authenticity, ensure quality in medicines, and uphold their faith in their disciplines. He commended the Ministry of Ayush for fortifying India's traditional knowledge systems both nationally and globally.
According to Ayush Minister Prataprao Jadhav, this significant gathering unites policymakers, researchers, academicians, industry representatives, farmers, and practitioners on a shared platform. He underscored that the Fair is not simply a health camp, but a powerful national initiative aimed at reinforcing India's traditions of holistic healthcare and establishing a direct connection with the populace.
