New Delhi, Nov 21 (NationPress) The Ayush Pavilion has become a key highlight of the ongoing India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025, featuring complimentary consultations and medicines, as well as captivating yoga demonstrations, according to the Ministry of Ayush on Friday.
Operating under the theme "A Healthy India, Great India - with Ayush", the pavilion is attracting thousands of visitors eager to delve into holistic wellness solutions grounded in Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Sowa-Rigpa, and Homoeopathy.
Each stall presents a unique facet of Ayush health systems, encompassing everything from digital diagnostics and dietary exhibits to interactive games and expert consultations. The pavilion is designed to engage attendees of all ages with participatory activities, live demonstrations, and informative sessions.
Professionals from the Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine (CCRUM), National Institute of Unani Medicine, National Institute of Siddha (NIS) in Chennai, and the Central Council for Research in Siddha (CCRS) are providing free consultations and distributing medicines, assisting visitors in comprehending how personalized Ayush regimens can bolster preventive health.
“The Ayush Pavilion at IITF 2025 continues to draw significant public interest with its varied displays and active visitor engagement. The pavilion showcases India’s rich heritage of holistic healthcare and illustrates how traditional Ayush knowledge is being harmoniously integrated with contemporary scientific methodologies,” stated the Ministry.
“Free health checkups and Ayush medicines are also available for attendees, underscoring the Ministry of Ayush’s commitment to preventive, affordable, and community-centric healthcare,” it further elaborated.
Institutes representing various Ayush systems, such as the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA) in Jaipur, Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (RAV), and Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), along with the National Institute of Sowa-Rigpa, are also participating in the pavilion.
Doctors from CCRUM and NIUM are offering free consultations and distributing medicines, thereby aiding visitors in understanding how tailored Unani regimens can promote preventive health. Meanwhile, the NIS team is interacting with attendees through IEC materials and providing free medical consultations for over 100 beneficiaries.
A Homoeopathic OPD run by the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH) is functioning within the pavilion, where physicians are offering free consultations and dispensing essential medicines.
The National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB) is showcasing a live exhibition of medicinal plants and distributing saplings.
The Indian Medicines Pharmaceutical Corporation Limited (IMPCL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Ayush, is also displaying its authentic Ayurvedic and Unani medicines at the pavilion.
Additionally, the pavilion highlights various Ayurveda-based startups that showcase an array of products, including skincare and haircare formulations, detox drinks, Ayurvedic foods, and other wellness offerings.
