In a pointed remark, he said: "The individual who aimed to combat VIP culture was found enjoying in a jacuzzi at 'Sheesh Mahal', crafting a liquor policy that promoted 'buy one, get one free' alcohol.'

Intensifying his critique of the AAP leader, he mentioned: "During the COVID-19 crisis, while the public desperately required vaccines, oxygen, and hospital facilities—efforts led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi—Kejriwal was preoccupied with his associates devising a liquor policy.

Bhatia asserted that Kejriwal has no right to remain in politics.

Building upon his assault on Kejriwal, he remarked: "These are the individuals who engaged in corruption within the Delhi Transport Corporation buses, who informed our children that toilets served as classrooms, and who professed to eliminate corruption but have instead become emblematic of it. His Wagon R, muffler, and cap have vanished, and after 5 p.m., he too will likely disappear.

Bhatia expressed confidence that the BJP's chief minister will prioritize the public and elevate the national Capital to new heights.

Kejriwal, alongside former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, faced defeat in the New Delhi and Jangpura Assembly constituencies, respectively.

According to trends from the Election Commission of India, the BJP is leading on 48 seats, while the AAP trails with 22.

The 70-member Delhi Assembly elections took place on February 5.
