In conjunction with his nomination, Tejashwi disclosed an affidavit indicating that he possesses total assets valued at approximately Rs 8.1 crore.
The affidavit outlines various high-value possessions, including an Italian-manufactured “Beretta pistol”, alongside 50 live cartridges estimated at Rs 1.05 lakh, as well as a desktop and laptop.
Furthermore, the RJD leader's declaration includes details of both movable and immovable properties, highlighting an increase in his overall assets since the last electoral cycle.

The total outstanding government dues related to the RJD leader amount to Rs 1.35 crore, while his wife has no outstanding dues or liabilities.
The nomination filing transformed into a significant display of strength for the RJD, attracting thousands of supporters who participated in a grand roadshow.
Notable party figures, including Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti, and Sanjay Yadav, were present with Tejashwi during this important event.
Prior to submitting his nomination papers, Tejashwi addressed the media, stating, “The people of Raghopur have placed their trust in me on two occasions. This marks my third nomination, and I am confident they will support me once again. The citizens of Bihar are weary of crime, corruption, and unemployment. This time, change is inevitable — Bihar will witness a Grand Alliance government.”
Tejashwi Yadav first secured a seat from Raghopur in 2015, a constituency primarily dominated by the Yadav community, and successfully retained the position in 2020.
In a critical statement aimed at the ruling JDU, Tejashwi remarked, “The JDU is currently led by Lalan Singh, Sanjay Jha, and Vijay Chaudhary. These three individuals have aligned themselves with the BJP. Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal United has lost its essence.”
