A total of 243 uniquely adorned raths have been introduced, each signifying an Assembly constituency.
The raths are emblazoned with slogans and feature LED screens to present a short film detailing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's life, as well as the development initiatives and successes of the Nitish Kumar-led double-engine government.
This campaign is projected to span over 50,000 locations throughout Bihar, targeting both rural and urban communities.
Present at the flag-off ceremony were Deputy Chief Ministers Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai, and BJP state chief Dilip Jaiswal.
Samrat Choudhary remarked, "These raths serve as a call to NDA workers to disseminate the government's achievements to every household. PM Modi has consistently prioritized Bihar, providing numerous benefits for welfare and infrastructure. The reductions in GST slabs will directly aid the underprivileged."
Nityanand Rai, MoS Home, stated, "Under Dilip Jaiswal's guidance, 243 raths will navigate every constituency, covering over 50,000 locations. Each rath will showcase the NDA government's success and a film on PM Modi's journey."
Dilip Jaiswal commented, "These raths embody PM Modi's vision of 'Chalo Sab Mil Kar Jeete Hai' and 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas'. They will promote the message of serving society over personal interests."
He added that these raths will reach every doorstep, raising awareness about the people-centric welfare programs of the NDA government.
This campaign is perceived as a demonstration of strength by the BJP in Bihar, aiming to strengthen grassroots support by highlighting the developmental achievements of the 'double engine government' and PM Modi's leadership vision in anticipation of the Assembly elections.
