Jaipur, Sep 5 (NationPress) The Special Operations Group (SOG) has carried out a medical evaluation of Kanchan Chauhan, the daughter of BJP MLA Shankar Singh Rawat from Beawar, who faces allegations of obtaining a government position using a fraudulent disability certificate.
Chauhan, who is currently serving as a Tehsildar in Karera (Bhilwara), is accused of utilizing the certificate during her attempt at the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) examination.
The controversy emerged after a complaint was lodged by Beawar resident Phanish Kumar Soni on the CM portal on August 12, asserting that Chauhan secured her role through deceptive practices. The complaint explicitly requested a re-evaluation of her medical condition.
In response to the complaint, the Directorate of Special Persons initiated an inquiry, and on August 21, a correspondence was dispatched to the Revenue Board, Ajmer, for further examination.
