Taking pride in hosting this esteemed national event after a span of 61 years, the Chief Minister noted that the Jamboree will be a grand celebration focused on youth discipline, national service, and the ethos of a self-reliant India.

He instructed officials to guarantee that the event exemplifies Uttar Pradesh’s efficiency, organization, security, and hospitality. Comprehensive arrangements for security, transportation, sanitation, health, accommodation, food, and cultural programs must be executed in perfect coordination, similar to the arrangements seen during the Maha Kumbh.

CM Adityanath emphasized that the theme of the Jamboree - Self-Reliant, Swadeshi Bharat, Clean and Developed Bharat, Green and Sustainable Bharat - should be visibly incorporated into all aspects of planning and execution.

Officials informed the meeting that this event will mark the grand finale of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, with an expected attendance of 28,000-29,000 Scouts and Guides from across India, 1,000-2,000 international participants, and approximately 5,000 volunteers and staff. The 300-acre venue, featuring a 7-km perimeter, will accommodate 3,500 tents, 2,200 toilets, 1,700 bathrooms, 100 kitchens, and four central kitchens.

The main arena, sprawling over 1 million sq ft, will provide seating for 30,000 spectators and will include 12 entry gates, 11 LED screens, and a VVIP gallery featuring five German hangars.

According to the Chief Minister, the Jamboree will present a unique opportunity to exhibit Uttar Pradesh’s rich culture, traditions, and innovations. He directed officials to establish exhibition zones showcasing state-wise displays and thematic zones on Global Village, 75 Years of Scouting, Air Agniveer, One District-One Product, Solar, Robotics, Electronics, and the Indian Army.

Highlighting the event's emphasis on youth empowerment, Yogi mentioned that it will facilitate the development of technical, social, and leadership skills among participants. An IT and Artificial Intelligence hub is being established to host programs focused on digital learning, innovation, and leadership, supporting the Digital India and Smart Scouting initiatives.

The meeting revealed that extensive infrastructure is being developed at the venue, including a 100-bed hospital, 16 dispensaries, a police station, multiple police posts, a control room, a fire station with 11 tenders, administrative offices, an overseas cafeteria, and a media center. Yogi instructed officials to ensure continuous CCTV surveillance equipped with night vision, face detection, and PTZ cameras, and to maintain operational security and emergency response systems.

He also stressed the importance of courteous conduct among personnel to ensure a welcoming environment for both national and international participants.

Reinforcing his commitment to environmental sustainability, the Chief Minister stated that the Jamboree must be organized as a fully green event, featuring waste segregation, composting, plastic recycling, and a “Green Warriors” initiative. E-cart transport, a green pledge wall, and thematic selfie points will also be established.

For the first time, the Jamboree will include an impressive two-day drone show that will depict the journey of scouting and youth empowerment. Entry and attendance will be managed through RFID-based smart ID cards, while a WhatsApp-based network will keep participants updated in real time.

The event will also provide a diverse array of adventure and skill-building activities such as rappelling, wall climbing, sky cycling, zip lining, archery, shooting, zorbing, and commando bridges.
