New Delhi, Nov 29 (NationPress) On Saturday, Delhi's Chief Minister Rekha Gupta launched the distribution of Ujjwala Yojana 3.0, providing free LPG gas connections, cylinders, and cooking stoves to women, as confirmed by an official statement.
The Chief Minister shared on X, stating, “This initiative is poised to greatly diminish pollution generated by smoke. Under the visionary guidance of our esteemed Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji, the Ujjwala Yojana has instilled respect, accessibility, and self-sufficiency in the lives of countless mothers and sisters nationwide.”
She further emphasized, “Today, as part of Ujjwala Yojana 3.0, we have distributed free gas connections, cylinders, and the complete Ujjwala setup to our sisters. This marks not merely an enhancement of a program but a transformative change in kitchens across homes and the health of families.”
