New Delhi, May 20 (NationPress) In a bid to secure sports talent within the city, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced on Tuesday her commitment to establishing a Delhi Sports Council aimed at improving facilities for students and ensuring increased budgetary allocation for the forthcoming Delhi Sports University.
During the inaugural ceremony of Delhi Games 2025, organized by the Delhi Olympic Association, CM Gupta remarked, “The facilities for athletes under previous administrations were inadequate, resulting in many having to seek registration in other states.
