New Delhi, March 2 (NationPress) The Delhi government is set to unveil a four-digit helpline dedicated to managing public grievances concerning roads, contaminated water, and sewage issues around the clock, as announced by Cabinet Minister Parvesh Verma on Sunday.

During a party function organized by the Delhi Pradesh Purvanchal Morcha, Verma highlighted that the Delhi government is committed to working tirelessly for the development of the city.

Previously, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta reaffirmed her pledge to honor all commitments made to the citizens with utmost loyalty and dedication.

She declared that it is now the responsibility of the Delhi government to deliver on its promises over the next five years.

In a statement on the social media platform X, the Chief Minister expressed, “For us, power is a sacred opportunity given by the people, through which we can work for public welfare and Antyodaya.”

“Prioritizing public welfare, our government made it clear at the swearing-in that every action taken by the double engine government will be devoted to serving the public. We are committed to fulfilling all the promises made to the people of Delhi with unwavering loyalty and dedication, under the guidance of our esteemed Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji,” she stated in her post.

Her comments were made ahead of a media briefing in the Assembly on Monday to unveil a significant decision from her new Cabinet.

The Assembly is also expected to address matters regarding the CAG reports concerning the performance of the previous AAP government in the health sector and its excise policy.

In the meantime, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva stated that the next objectives include the cleaning of the Yamuna and organizing Chhath Puja there.

He made these remarks at an event thanking Purvanchal residents for their electoral support and celebrating the establishment of the BJP government in Delhi after 27 years.

The gathering also featured Chief Minister Gupta, Cabinet Ministers Parvesh Verma, Sardar Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Ravindra Indraj Singh, and Member of Parliament Manoj Tiwari.

Sachdeva emphasized that the organization and the BJP government will collaborate to transform Delhi into the most beautiful city worldwide.

Chief Minister Gupta once again expressed her gratitude towards the people of Delhi, particularly the workers and voters from Purvanchal.
