Gurugram, May 16 (NationPress) The local police in Gurugram have apprehended three suspects, including a woman, for the alleged kidnapping of a 10-year-old girl, as reported by authorities.
The girl was successfully located within a three-hour timeframe following the operation, according to police statements made on Thursday.
The detained individuals include Gagan and Sandeep, both from Badarpur, Delhi, and Zahida, who resides in Kiranki, situated in the Sohna block of Gurugram.
As per police reports, a complaint was lodged at the Sohna Sadar police station on Wednesday by the father of the kidnapped girl.
In response to this complaint, a case was registered under the appropriate legal sections at the Sadar police station in Sohna, Gurugram.
Police acted swiftly and managed to recover the kidnapped girl safely from Badarpur within three hours, apprehending the alleged kidnapper.
During the interrogation, it became evident that the suspect Gagan had kidnapped the girl with the intention of marrying her off to his younger brother, police disclosed.
