Guwahati, July 27 (NationPress) In celebration of the 5th Deshbhakti Divas in the state, a magnificent Quiz Competition was held on Sunday, featuring participation from over 300 teams across Assam and various other states, as confirmed by officials.
Hosted by the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Assam, this grand quiz event took place at the Srimanta Sankaradeva International Auditorium located within the Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra in Guwahati, attracting a total of 348 teams from an initial registration of 650 teams from Assam and several states including Kerala and Delhi.
A senior official from the Assam government reported that the famous quizmaster Achinta Sharma facilitated the event, which was structured into two phases: a preliminary segment followed by a final round.
The talented winners of the competition will be awarded their prizes on Monday during the state-level Deshbhakti Divas celebrations.
