Patna, Sep 3 (NationPress) The Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) is gearing up to host its National Convention on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the Constitution Club in Delhi.
This significant gathering will see participation from party patron and former Bihar Chief Minister, Jitan Ram Manjhi, along with national president Dr. Santosh Kumar Suman, state presidents, MLAs, and numerous party workers from across the nation.
According to party national spokesperson Shyam Sundar Sharan, the event, led by Dr. Santosh Kumar Suman, will kick off at 11 a.m.
Sharan emphasized that the convention will be a “milestone” for the party as it prepares for the forthcoming Bihar Assembly elections.
Key topics for discussion will include enhancing organizational strength, expanding the party's reach in various states, addressing public issues, and strategizing for the elections.
Participants will receive clear directives on managing campaigns, improving organizational efficiency, and effectively communicating the party’s policies to the public.
“The resolutions made during the National Convention will outline the future of our political and organizational activities. This event will not only demonstrate HAM's unity but also solidify its influence in the upcoming elections,” Sharan stated.
Earlier, Jitan Ram Manjhi called for a demand of 20 seats for his party in the crucial Bihar Assembly elections scheduled for Wednesday.
“If NDA partners truly support us, our demand will surely be met. To elevate HAM to a recognized party status, at least 20 seats should be allocated,” remarked Jitan Ram Manjhi.
In the previous 2020 Bihar Assembly elections, HAM contested on 7 seats and secured 4 wins; however, this time, Jitan Ram Manjhi's request for 20 seats is considered challenging.
The HAM convention is set to take place just a day after a crucial high-level BJP meeting led by Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi.
