Chandigarh, April 11 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Haryana, Nayab Singh Saini, made significant announcements during his address at the Viksit Dadri Rally in Charkhi Dadri on Saturday.
In response to the requests from local MLA Sunil Sangwan, the Chief Minister disclosed plans for the construction of an open drain, projected to cost Rs 76.60 crore, aimed at improving stormwater drainage. This initiative will link the Loharu Feeder and Badhwana Distributary to Drain No. 8.
Additionally, he confirmed the renovation and clearing of the Sahuwas and Fatehgarh minors.
Moreover, the Kamod minor will undergo remodeling to assist several villages, including Khatiwas, Jashri, Kolhawas, Kamod, Rawaldhi, Mishri, and Ghiarada.
The rehabilitation of the Bond distributaries was also announced, benefiting villages such as Bond Kalan, Kalanor Khurd, Gudan, and Katesra.
The Chief Minister stated that the ‘phirnis’ of villages like Dudiwala Kishanpura, Rampur, Dudiwala Nandkaran, and Dohka Dina will be paved.
Furthermore, he revealed plans for a District Council building in Dadri and the addition of a new 100-bed block at the Civil Hospital.
A PG College building will also be constructed in Dadri, and Raniila village will be included in the Mahagram Yojana, depending on land availability.
To tackle waterlogging, effective rainwater drainage systems will be established from Dadri to Kaliyana village.
He mentioned that the feasibility of setting up a Dadri Central Cooperative Bank will be evaluated.
The Government Senior Secondary School in Sarangpur will be renamed in honor of Shaheed Amit Sangwan. A new Government ITI and mini bus stand will be built in Ranakoli village, subject to land availability, along with the establishment of an old-age home in Samaspur village.
Additionally, anganwadi centers in play schools across Charkhi Dadri will be constructed and renovated. Procurement centers will be developed in Bhageshwari and Achina villages, depending on land availability.
The Chief Minister also allocated Rs 5 crore for the repair of various roads under the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board in the Dadri area.
