New Delhi, Feb 3 (NationPress) BJP MP Kangana Ranaut expressed her appreciation for the India–US trade agreement on Tuesday, attributing the success to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's exceptional patience, diplomatic skills, and strategic foresight. This deal promises to bring substantial advantages to Indian products and local industries.

In an interview with IANS, Kangana noted that India’s recent trade arrangements have captured global interest. “Initially, our agreement with the European Union, dubbed the ‘Mother of All Deals’, took the world by surprise. Today, we have received encouraging news that all products manufactured in India under the ‘Vocal for Local’ and ‘Viksit Bharat’ initiatives will benefit from a reduced tariff of 18 per cent, significantly lower than that of many other nations,” she mentioned.

Kangana further emphasized that such achievements would fortify India’s manufacturing sector and invigorate the domestic economy. “These initiatives are vital to our economy. The credit truly belongs to the Prime Minister’s patience, diplomacy, and vision, which deserve immense commendation,” she stated.

In agreement, BJP MP Naveen Jindal hailed the reduction in US tariffs on Indian goods as a landmark victory for the nation.

Jindal remarked, “This is indeed a remarkable accomplishment, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi. Thanks to his efforts, the United States has slashed its tariff on Indian products from a staggering 50 per cent to just 18 per cent.”

He added that this decision would help redress losses experienced by Indian exporters and reopen markets that had been negatively impacted. “This will compensate for the losses our exports have endured, revive the US market for India, and provide a significant boost to our economy,” Jindal stated.

Additionally, Kangana discussed the recent NDA meeting in the national capital, praising PM Modi's leadership and mentorship. She remarked that his interactions with party leaders serve as a source of inspiration and learning.

“His guidance often motivates us. He illustrates what we need to absorb and how we should behave in public life,” she noted.

She added that the Prime Minister frequently shares real-life stories to highlight values such as dedication, discipline, and sacrifice. “He provides examples of how opportunities arise through the sacrifices and hard work of many individuals. These teachings enhance our understanding of our responsibilities,” she said.

Kangana asserted that such guidance bolsters the collective determination of NDA leaders to engage with integrity and commitment towards nation-building, while aligning with the vision of Viksit Bharat.
