Investment Pledge of ₹35 Lakh Crore Made in Just Three Days: Rajyavardhan Rathore at Rising Rajasthan Summit

Jaipur, Dec 9 (NationPress) The ongoing Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit 2024 has attained a remarkable investment commitment of ₹35 lakh crore, providing a significant boost to the state’s economic framework, as announced by cabinet minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore on Monday.
According to him, these substantial investments from both Indian and international business giants over the forthcoming years will pave the way for new growth opportunities and create job prospects for the youth. He emphasized that the state government has already commenced initiatives to streamline the ‘ease of doing business’ and the process of government clearances.
In a discussion with IANS, the Rajasthan cabinet minister remarked: “The visit of the Prime Minister has injected new momentum and energy into the Rising Rajasthan Investor Summit 2024. Numerous global corporate giants, including many from Rajasthan, took part in the event and committed to significant investments in the coming years. Over the last three days, we have witnessed a commitment of ₹35 lakh crore.”
He further noted that these pledged investments are unprecedented and will significantly contribute to the growth story of India.
“The Rajasthan government aims to be a key player in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for a Viksit Bharat by 2047. These investments will not only stimulate further investments but will also unveil new growth potential, benefiting both the state and the nation at large,” he elaborated to IANS.
Highlighting the state’s hidden yet vast potential for advancement, he indicated that various sectors, including IT, education, petrochemical energy, solar energy, tourism, and more, are poised for exploration and development.
“Once initiated, these sectors will lay the groundwork for a Viksit Rajasthan,” he added.
Earlier, during the segment on ‘Transforming Manufacturing with Industry 4.0’ at the Summit, Rathore underscored the state government’s dedication to ensuring that MSMEs in the region can efficiently access and employ advanced technologies such as robotics, AI, and cloud computing.
“These innovations will facilitate smart manufacturing, mass customisation, and the creation of sustainable, environmentally friendly solutions,” he pointed out.
