The Chief Secretary instructed officials to finalize all outstanding tasks within the next 48 hours.
He stated that the organization of this historic event aligns with the Chief Minister's vision.
Continuously monitoring the progress, the Chief Minister is also reaching out to Non-Resident Rajasthanis to extend personal invitations.
Shikhar Agarwal emphasized that the primary goal of the event is to reconnect Non-Resident Rajasthanis with their origins and encourage their involvement in the state's growth.
A new policy has also been introduced to tackle challenges encountered during this process.
Suresh Kumar Ola, Commissioner of the Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP), mentioned that under the Chief Minister's guidance, the venue has been designed to reflect Rajasthan's cultural heritage, ensuring that Non-Resident Rajasthanis feel a sense of belonging and take home cherished memories.
Considering that attendees might wish to explore Jaipur's tourist attractions, extensive arrangements have been established.
The State Archaeology and Museum Department has designated nodal officers at protected sites for visitors' convenience in Rajasthan.
Additionally, the State Forest Department has assigned nodal officers to provide information on forest and wildlife tourism areas in Rajasthan.
During the Pravasi Rajasthani Conclave at last year's Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit, Chief Minister Sharma announced that December 10 would be celebrated annually as Pravasi Rajasthani Divas.
