During questioning, the suspect provided inconsistent answers. Law enforcement also noted discrepancies between his statements and the documents he presented. This prompted a more thorough investigation, during which the fake NIA ID card was uncovered.
A collaborative inquiry is currently underway involving the Special Cell, the Intelligence Bureau, and other agencies. Preliminary findings suggest that the suspect employed forged identities and documents to deceive vulnerable individuals.

An FIR has been lodged at the Kotwali Police Station under Sections 319(2) and 339 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), pertaining to impersonation and possession of forged documents.
