Jaipur, May 28 (NationPress) Justice K.R. Shriram has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court based on a recommendation from the Supreme Court Collegium. He succeeds Justice M.M. Srivastava, who has been reassigned to the Madras High Court.

Recently, the Supreme Court Collegium proposed leadership changes in four high courts across the nation, including those of Rajasthan and Madras. As part of this transition, Justice K.R. Shriram, previously the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court, will now lead the Rajasthan High Court, while Justice M.M. Srivastava will step into the role of Chief Justice in Madras.
