A teacher from Kanpur expressed her perspective to IANS, stating that as a woman and educator, she assesses the budget positively. She noted that the Budget includes dedicated provisions for women's empowerment, with a substantial allocation of Rs 5.08 lakh crore under the gender budget.

She remarked that this represents the largest gender budget introduced to date, showcasing a profound commitment to women’s empowerment.

Furthermore, the teacher mentioned that the budget features plans for constructing girls’ hostels, with an allocation of Rs 10,000 crore. These hostels will be established in every district for girl students, which she believes will greatly assist rural girls in pursuing higher education and continuing their studies without hindrance.
