Karnataka BJP Claims PM Modi is the Sole Leader Fulfilling Ambedkar's Vision

Bengaluru, Dec 6 (NationPress) The Karnataka BJP President B. Y. Vijayendra stated on Friday that only Prime Minister Narendra Modi is dedicated to actualizing the vision of B. R. Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution and a visionary advocating for an equitable society.
While addressing attendees at the BJP state headquarters during the observance of B. R. Ambedkar's Mahaparinirvan Diwas, he emphasized that for a decade, Prime Minister Modi has been steering the nation in line with Ambedkar's envisioned path.
He pointed out that Prime Minister Modi has transformed five crucial locations linked to Ambedkar's life into Panchateerthas (sacred pilgrimage sites).
Vijayendra remarked that only the BJP genuinely strives to disseminate Ambedkar's ideals among the populace.
In addition to offering floral tributes to Ambedkar, he encouraged all to adopt his principles and values.
The Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council, Chalavadi Narayanaswamy, criticized the Congress, stating, 'It was the Congress that enforced the Emergency and undermined Ambedkar's vision.'
He further stated, 'While the Congress could not accept Ambedkar during his lifetime, it now speaks under his portrait, pretending to be the guardians of the Constitution.'
Narayanaswamy questioned the Congress regarding its commitment to the Constitution in Jammu and Kashmir.
He credited the BJP and Prime Minister Modi's leadership for the repeal of Article 370, which he described as contrary to Ambedkar's vision and a significant issue.
Former Union Minister A. Narayanaswamy, BJP state office secretary Lokesh Ambekallu, Women’s Wing State President K. C. Manjula, former BJP state secretary Jagadish Hiremani, Bengaluru North District President S. Harish, Bengaluru Central District President Saptagiri Gowda, along with various party leaders and members, were present at the gathering.
