Bengaluru, April 25 (NationPress) The Karnataka BJP asserted on Friday that sleeper cells within the nation should be neutralised prior to any actions against Pakistan.

During a press conference at the BJP office in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, the Leader of the Opposition, R. Ashoka, underscored the importance of addressing internal sleeper cells before focusing on Pakistan.

Ashoka condemned Congress leaders for questioning the integrity of the nation's soldiers, asking whom they rely on if not the armed forces?

He urged the country to collectively denounce terrorist attacks.

He highlighted that terrorists have specifically targeted and murdered individuals identified as Hindus, stating that it is inappropriate to critique soldiers or dismiss concerns about espionage.

Ashoka further questioned who was at fault during the Rameshwaram Cafe bombing incident, where a cooker bomb detonated, and when ministers encountered honeytrap schemes. He implored Congress to refrain from commenting on military matters.

Additionally, Ashoka announced that the BJP will organize demonstrations in Bengaluru against price hikes imposed by the Congress government.

He indicated that protests will take place over three days, commencing April 28, in front of all zonal commissioners' offices. These protests will address increases in milk prices, electricity charges, property taxes, and parking fees, alongside delays in civil elections.

On the suspension of 18 BJP MLAs, Ashoka mentioned that discussions had occurred with the Speaker. He argued that suspensions should be confined to a particular session.

Regarding the Karnataka Administrative Service (KAS) exam issue, Ashoka pointed out that the High Court has rendered its decision.

He recalled raising the issue during the Assembly session, noting that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had assured consideration of a re-examination with an open perspective following the verdict.

Ashoka stated they would monitor the government's resolution and continue protests if deemed necessary.
