Bengaluru, Dec 27 (NationPress) The Karnataka government is taking action by reaching out to the Centre to demand stricter regulations regarding night-time vehicle movement, a decision prompted by a tragic bus accident that resulted in the deaths of seven individuals and left over 20 others narrowly escaping in the vicinity of Hiriyur within Chitradurga district.
On Saturday in Bengaluru, State Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy announced this initiative. He emphasized the necessity of establishing stricter guidelines for night-time vehicle operations to mitigate accidents stemming from driver fatigue.
