Maha Kumbh 2025 Set to Unveil 52-Foot Maha Mrityunjaya Yantra, Elevating Its Splendor

New Delhi, Jan 11 (NationPress) The Maha Kumbh 2025 is set to feature the establishment of a 52-foot-long and 52-foot-wide Maha Mrityunjaya Yantra. This yantra, unique on a global scale, will be positioned on the hallowed grounds of the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj.

Crafted according to the 52 letters of the Maha Mrityunjaya mantra, its dimensions—length, width, and height—are all 52 feet. The yantra will undergo consecration by eminent scholars, with the expectation of emanating positive energy throughout the world.

Swami Sahajanand Saraswati, the leader of the Maha Mrityunjaya Yantra Institute, stated, “The largest Maha Mrityunjaya Yantra in the world is about to be established on the sacred land of Prayagraj in 2025. This remarkable divine event will mark a historic moment for mankind. Saints and spiritual leaders from across India and beyond are gathering to experience this magnificent occasion.”

He elaborated that the yantra's dimensions signify the 52 Siddha Peeths (sacred sites) within Hinduism. In addition, in accordance with the Prime Minister’s initiative for a clean Kumbh, countless eco-friendly bags will be distributed to promote cleanliness during the festivities.

On the previous Friday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During their discussion, the two leaders reviewed preparations for the Maha Kumbh Mela. CM Yogi extended a formal invitation to PM Modi for the spiritual gathering.

The Prime Minister’s Office announced this meeting via the social media platform X, stating, "Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has met with PM Narendra Modi."

The Maha Kumbh, a highly esteemed event in Hinduism, occurs every 12 years and is scheduled to take place from January 13 to February 26, 2025. The festivities will kick off with the Paush Purnima Snan at the Triveni Sangam.

Millions of devotees, including spiritual leaders, saints, and pilgrims, are anticipated to participate, rendering it a monumental event in India’s spiritual timeline.
