Uttar Pradesh's Deputy CM Welcomes Revanth Reddy to Mahakumbh 2025

Hyderabad, Dec 6 (NationPress) The Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Keshav Prasad Maurya, officially invited Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to the upcoming Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025.
During a visit to the residence of the Telangana Chief Minister, he presented the invitation personally.
In addition, Keshav Prasad Maurya spearheaded a roadshow in Hyderabad to promote the Prayagraj Mahakumbh-2025.
He proclaimed that the administration of Uttar Pradesh, under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, is committed to transforming Mahakumbh 2025 into a global representation of India’s cultural unity.
The Deputy CM emphasized the Mahakumbh as a distinctive celebration showcasing unity within India’s diversity and warmly invited the residents of Telangana to join the Prayagraj Mahakumbh-2025.
He stressed that the government is implementing substantial measures to ensure this event will be historic, featuring international involvement and top-notch facilities.
After the roadshow, he conveyed to the media that the Mahakumbh reflects the essence of India's cultural and spiritual identity, symbolizing 'Ek Bharat- Shreshth Bharat-Samaveshi Bharat' (One India, Great India, Inclusive India).
He stated, "Many of you may have experienced the divine and grand atmosphere of the Prayagraj Kumbh in 2019, which emerged as an enduring symbol of India’s cultural pride globally. The world recognized the effective management of that event." He further claimed that this year’s Mahakumbh will exceed the previous edition in both magnificence and sacred spirit.
The Prayagraj Mahakumbh-2025 is anticipated to attract over 450 million pilgrims, saints, ascetics, and tourists. In anticipation, the government of Uttar Pradesh has made thorough and timely preparations.
Scheduled to be held in Prayagraj from January 13 to February 26, 2025, the event will take place on the sacred banks at the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers. Acknowledged by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the Mahakumbh will return to the holy land of Prayag after a span of 12 years.
