Mahakumbh 2025: Luxurious Tent Accommodations Available for Booking Starting January 10

Mahakumbh Nagar, Dec 24 (NationPress) The highly anticipated Mahakumbh 2025, renowned as the largest cultural and spiritual gathering globally, is set to kick off in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh on January 13.
Preparations are being expedited to ensure this event is truly remarkable.
As part of these initiatives, Indian Railways is committed to providing world-class services for the countless devotees expected to attend the Mahakumbh.
This involves making provisions for shelter for over 100,000 passengers and operating nearly 3,000 special-fare trains.
Furthermore, IRCTC, the tourism and hospitality division of Indian Railways, has finalized the luxury tent city named Mahakumbh Gram, located near the Triveni Sangam.
This tent city, positioned in Sector No. 25 of Naini, Arail, in Prayagraj, is approximately 3.5 km from the Sangam along the banks of the Ganga.
It will feature top-notch accommodations, including super deluxe tents and villas, equipped with modern amenities.
The rental rates for these tents will vary between Rs 18,000 and Rs 20,000 per day, and guests will benefit from private bathrooms, hot and cold water, air blowers, bed linens, towels, and food services.
Guests staying in villas will also enjoy a private seating area and television.
Online bookings for accommodations at Mahakumbh Gram are scheduled to open from January 10 to February 28.
Reservations can be conveniently made through the IRCTC website at www.irctctourism.com/mahakumbhgram, with further details available on both the IRCTC and Tourism Department websites, as well as the Mahakumbh App.
Bookings can also be facilitated through IRCTC's business partners, MakeMyTrip and GoIBIBO.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, the tent city will offer first aid services and will be monitored continuously with CCTV cameras.
