Prayagraj, Feb 1 (NationPress) The fourth Snan Parv of the Mahakumbh has attracted an enormous congregation of devotees to the Sangam ghats. Enthusiastic visitors are eager to snap selfies and photographs with the lifesize cutouts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The cutouts are strategically located outside the media center, drawing large crowds who flock to take memorable pictures.
Dr. Shailesh Thakkar, a devotee hailing from Kutch, Gujarat, shared his thoughts with IANS, commending the event's logistics, stating that this year’s Kumbh is genuinely exceptional.
"The arrangements are outstanding. We can witness Digital India in action here. The internet connectivity and food provisions are also commendable. The planning at the Maha Kumbh is astonishing, and I express my gratitude to PM Modi and CM Yogi Adityanath for this," he remarked.
Dr. Chandrakant Thakkar, also from Kutch, Gujarat, added: "The arrangements here are remarkable. I attended the Kumbh in 2019, and compared to then, the crowd is significantly larger, and the arrangements have improved immensely. We had seen on television reports of traffic issues and extensive crowds, but there are no such problems here.
"We arrived by flight, and the airport facilities are impressive. The digital organization is superb. The selfie spots are fantastic, and visitors are relishing taking selfies. This is a sacred city, and I encourage everyone to visit. I thank PM Modi and CM Yogi for this opportunity."
Umesh, a local from Nagpur, recounted his experience after capturing a selfie with the cutouts of PM Modi and CM Yogi.
"The atmosphere at the Mahakumbh is breathtaking. This has been made possible due to PM Modi and CM Yogi. The crowd is manageable at the moment, and I urge everyone to visit the Mahakumbh."
Satyendra Gupta remarked: "The 2025 Mahakumbh is occurring after 144 years. We are incredibly fortunate to participate in this event.
