The Raisina Dialogue, scheduled from March 5-7, is recognized as India’s leading conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics, taking place annually in New Delhi since 2016. Organized by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in collaboration with the MEA, it gathers global leaders, policymakers, scholars, industry specialists, and journalists to deliberate on significant international matters.
This year, the Raisina Dialogue features the theme: Saṁskāra – Assertion, Accommodation, Advancement, a concept describing the heritage of identity that empowers civilizations to assert their essence, embrace diversity, and progress through refinement.
The bilateral relationship between India and Malta has been positive, with numerous reciprocal visits enhancing their diplomatic ties. Notably, India was among the first nations to recognize Malta’s independence in 1964 and established diplomatic relations in 1965.
Earlier today, Finnish President Alexander Stubb also arrived in New Delhi for a three-day state visit, invited by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Stubb is set to be the chief guest at the 11th Raisina Dialogue, where he will deliver the keynote address.
